| Abstract: | The article considers two ways of support and development of innovative potential - innovative breakthrough and innovation borrowing. The main advantages of the second one are determined. The problems of formation of national innovation system of Ukraine and the ways of its solution are underlined. Authors formed the basic principles and factors for effective functioning of the national innovation system. The main functions of managing and providing functional subsystems overall national innovation system are considered. |
