Модель формування економічної компетентності майбутніх молодших спеціалістів готельного та ресторанного сервісу в коледжі

Abstract

В статті розглянуто головні теоретичні підходи до проблеми формування економічної компетентності майбутнього фахівця, викладено результати дослідження процесу педагогічного моделювання. Проаналізовано останні наукові дослідження та публікації на визначену тематику. Розроблено та обґрунтовано модель формування економічної компетентності майбутніх молодших спеціалістів готельного та ресторанного сервісу в коледжі, що забезпечить впровадження методики реалізації педагогічних умов розвитку досліджуваного явища, спрямованої на досягнення майбутніми фахівцями ефективного результату при вирішенні економічних завдань у сфері HoReCa. The article deals with the main theoretical approaches to the problem of forming process of the economic competence of the future specialist, the results of the study of the pedagogical modeling process are presented. Recent scientific studies and publications on a certain topic have been analyzed. The model of forming the economic competence of future junior specialists in the hotel and restaurant service in the college is developed and substantiated, which will ensure implementation of the methodology for the implementation of the pedagogical conditions of the development of the phenomenon, aimed at reaching future specialists with an effective result in solving economic problems in the HoReCa sphere. Focusing on the future professional activity of a specialist, the model sould include the subject and professional components that will facilitate the training of a qualified specialist of the appropriate level and profile, competitive in the labor market.
