Перспективи аграрного виробництва: регіональний вимір

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості формування і передумови забезпечення перспективного розвитку аграрного виробництва на регіональному рівні. Обґрунтовано окремі чинники впливу на процес функціонування аграрної сфери, передусім природний, географічний, екологічний. З’ясовано, що природний чинник зумовлюється регіональними природно-кліматичними умовами, сприятливими для вирощування ранніх і надранніх овочів і фруктів, передусім у низинній природно-економічній зоні Закарпаття. Регіональні особливості географічного чинника зумовлюються унікальністю геостратегічного розташування, оскільки Закарпатська область межує з чотирма країнами-членами Євросоюзу. З’ясовано, що в цілому Закарпаття належить до екологічно чистих регіонів, і у перспективі вагомого значення набуде ефективне функціонування сільськогосподарських галузей та харчової промисловості на основі ведення і розширення можливостей органічного землеробства, виробництва екологічно чистої продукції. In the article the peculiarities of formation and conditions of ensuring the prospective development of agricultural production at the regional level. Justified individual factors of influence on the process of functioning of the agrarian sector, especially natural, geographical, environmental. It is found that the natural factor is determined by regional climatic conditions favorable for growing of early and extra-early fruit and vegetables, especially in low-lying natural-economic area of Transcarpathia. Regional peculiarities of the geographical factor due to the uniqueness of the geostrategic location as Zakarpattia borders with four member countries of the European Union. It is found that in General, Transcarpathia refers to the number of clean regions, and in the future importance will gain the effective functioning of the agricultural sector and the food industry on the basis of the conduct and the empowerment of organic farming, production of organic products.
