Модерна соціальна держава: поняття, обсяг, цілі

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз сутності соціальної держави, її обсягу та цілей. Особливу увагу приділено розумінню змісту соціальної держави та її співвідношенню з механізмами вер- ховенства права. Зроблено висновок, що зміст модерної соціальної держави втілюється в конституційному принципі, який наповнюється законодавцем і судовою владою, відобра- жаючи специфіку конкретного суспільства і держави.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence of the social state, its scope and goals. Particular attention is paid to understanding the content of the social state and its correlation with the mechanisms of rule of law. It is concluded that the content of the modern social state is embodied in the constitutional principle, which is filled by the legislator and the judiciary, reflecting the specifics of a specific society and state.
