| Description: | The synthesis of new derivatives of [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2(1H)-thione has large role, since this system can be used in medicine as drugs. We developed method of obtaining the functional substituted triazolo-pyrimidine-tion on the basis of the previously synthesized triazole with alkenyl group. We made cyclization of alkenyl group with bromine that leads to the pyrimidine ring system, and further the elimination of halogen with secondary amine. |
