Розробка моделі вибору стратегії реструктуризації підприємства

Abstract

У статті розроблена модель вибору стратегії реструктуризації, яка заснована на оцінці основних показників діяльності підприємства. Запропонований підхід дозволяє на основі застосування моделі вибору стратегії реструктуризації підприємства, визначити напрямок розвитку підприємства. Також, у статті графічно представлена класифікація процесів реструктуризації підприємств. За основу класифікації процесів реструктуризації підприємств, було обрано механізм перетворень на підприємстві та результативність процесів реструктуризації.

In article is developed the model selection strategy of restructuring which is based on an estimation of the basic indicators of activity of the enterprise. The offered approach allows on the basis of application of model selection of strategy of restructuring of the enterprise, to define a direction of development of the enterprise. Also, in article classification of processes restructuring of the enterprises is graphically presented. For a basis of classification of processes of restructuring of the enterprises, the mechanism of transformations at the enterprise and productivity of processes of restructuring has been chosen.
