ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ОСНОВИ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ РЕГІОНУ

Abstract

У статті розглянуто окремі теоретичні підходи до визначення сутності понять «інновація», «інноваційний процес», «інноваційний розвиток», «інноваційний розвиток регіону». Обґрунтовано необхідність формування моделі інноваційного розвитку регіону, окреслено основні чинники впливу на інноваційний розвиток регіону. Дослідженням підтверджено, що інноваційний розвиток регіону як об’єктивний процес тісно пов’язаний із розвитком науки і техніки, при цьому для забезпечення результативності цього процесу зумовлюється необхідність формування дієвої системи управління, що уможливить прийняття виважених управлінських рішень під час упровадження інновацій. The article considers separate theoretical approaches to the definition of concepts such as «innovation», «innovation process», «innovative development», «region`s innovative development». The necessity of the region`s innovative development model formation is substantiated; the main factors influencing on the region`s innovative development are outlined. The research confirms that the region`s innovative development as an objective process, is closely interrelated with the scientific and technological development, while ensuring the marked process effectiveness is determined by the effective management system formation that enables the acceptance of balanced management decisions in the innovation implementation.
