Особенности формирования и деятельности органов милиции Крыма в 1920–1924 гг.

Abstract

Стаття присвячена утворенню та діяльності органів міліції Криму в 1920-1924 рр. В статті досліджується структура органів міліції та її трансформація, зумовлена соціально-економічними та політичними умовами, аналізується якісний і кількісний склад, джерела поповнення і система професійної підготовки особового складу, дисципліна співробітників у підрозділах і органах міліції Криму. У статті на основі документальних, архівних матеріалів, періодичної преси та історичної літератури відображено основні напрямки діяльності міліції Криму в 1920 – 1924 рр.

This article is devoted to foundation and activities the militia bodies оn south region of the Crimea of the 1920- 1924. The article is devoted the structure of militia bodies, its transformation depending on varying socio-economic and political conditions. Qualitative and quantitative staff, the sources of reinforcement and system of professional training of the persona, conditions legality and discipline of fellow-employees in divisions and sub-units other militia bodies. The article grounded on documentary, archive, periodic as well as historical literature materials describe the devoted mains directions of activities of the Crimea of the 1920 – 1924.
