Особливості страхування готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в Україні

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано специфіку страхування готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в Україні. Встановлено, що готельно-ресторанний бізнес – один із найбільш ризикованих у всьому світі, оскільки передбачає низку складних технологічних процесів зберігання продуктів та приготування страв і насамперед якісного обслуговування клієнтів. Досліджено, що ризики, які впливають на діяльність підприємств готельного бізнесу та забезпечуються страховим захистом, поділяють на загальні (вогневі ризики, які в міжнародній класифікації мають назву FLEXA, та технічні ризики) і специфічні (ризик цивільної відповідальності підприємства перед споживачами послуг). У топ-10 страхових компаній у сфері туризму за рейтингом Форіншурера потрапили «PZU Україна», ЕТС, VUSO, СГ «ТАС», «Укрфінстрах», ARX, «Універсальна», «ІНГО Україна», «УНІКА», «Оранта». The hotel and restaurant business is undoubtedly one of the most risky in the world. After all, the owner of the hotel and restaurant company is responsible for the storage of products, the shelf life of which is sometimes limited to several hours, and for the safety of chefs in the kitchen, and for the health and property of guests of their institution. Of course, such a business needs reliable insurance protection, and on the eve of opening a hotel and restaurant business it is necessary to insure it from the greatest risks. The main thing is to entrust the protection of your property to a reliable insurance company. Therefore, the study of this topic is quite relevant. According to the National Commission for the State Regulation of Financial Services Markets, the insurance market is the second-largest capitalization among other non-banking financial markets. Gross insurance premiums collected by insurers during this period amounted to UAH 40 562 billion. (16.3% more than last year). It has been researched that the risks that affect the activities of the hotel business enterprises and provide insurance protection are divided into general (fire risks, which in the international classification are called "FLEXA" and technical risks) and specific (risk of civil liability of the enterprise to the consumers of services). PZU Ukraine, ETS, VUSO, TAS SG, Ukrfinstrakh, ARX, Universal, INGO of Ukraine, UNICA, Oranta are among the top 10 insurance companies in the tourism industry according to the rating of Forinschurer. Risk insurance in the hotel business has become more popular with the development of the hotel industry in Ukraine and with the advent of international network operators. So, a prerequisite for signing a franchise agreement is comprehensive risk insurance. In Ukraine, expensive hotels located in large cities and resort areas are mainly insured. The need for insurance of 4-5 * hotels is dictated not only by the investments made in them, but also by the status of the institutions themselves. The popularity of hotel complex liability insurance for visitors for the quality of services provided is increasing, as is property and civil liability insurance as a result of conducting business activities.
