ПІДСТАВИ ТА ПОРЯДОК ПРИПИНЕННЯ ПОВНОВАЖЕНЬ КОМІТЕТІВ ВЕРХОВНОЇ РАДИ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

Виконано аналіз теоретичних положень і конституційно-правового регулюван- ня підстав та порядку припинення повноважень комітетів Верховної Ради України. Визначено їх основні засади, сутність, наслідки та значення. Обґрунтовано пріори- тетні напрямки удосконалення статусу парламентських комітетів, зокрема це розши- рення підстав припинення їх повноважень, деталізація порядку ліквідація комітетів, гарантування прав та інтересів не тільки депутатських фракцій і груп, але й депутатів і самих комітетів. Ключові слова: підстави, порядок, припинення повноважень, ліквідація, кількісний склад, засідання, комітети, Верховна Рада України.

The analysis of the theoretical basis and constitutional-legal regulation of the grounds and procedure of termination of powers of the committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is made. Also it was determined its main features, essence, consequences and values. The priority directions of improvement the status of parliamentary committees are substantiated, in particular, it is extension the grounds of termination of its powers, the elaboration the procedure of liquidation of committees, guaranteeing rights and interests of not only deputy factions and groups, but also deputies and committees themselves.
