Демографічна ситуація в Україні з роками погіршується, од! ним з її вагомих показників є смертність, динаміку якої важливо розуміти з метою розробки стратегічних напрямів виходу із соціально!eкономіко!демографічної кризи.

The healthcare system plays a crucial role in ensuring the functioning of the state, because the health is a significant indicator of the level of the development. Hailed towards European integration requires harmony in the development of Ukrainian society with the improvement in the first place, the qualitative characteristics of life — health, demographics, providing active longevity and temple standards of efficiency. The demographic situation in Ukraine is getting worse over the years, one of the biggest of its indicators is mortality, the dynamics of which is important to understand in order to develop the strategic directions to exit of the socіal!economy!demographic crisis.
