Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to the formation of the organizational culture of applicants for higher education. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the analysis of scientific research on this topic are presented, and the main socio-psychological characteristics of this process are identified. Стаття присвячена аналізу сучасних підходів до формування організаційної культури здобувачів вищої освіти. Представлено теоретико-методологічні підходи до аналізу наукових досліджень з даної проблеми, визначено основні соціально-психологічні особливості цього процесу.
