| Abstract: | The paper covers analysis of the term ”bordering region”. Special feautures of such regions, obstacles and priorities of their development are analysed too. Special attention is granted to cross-border cooperation as a local and basic level of intergation of the country into a global economy and international society. The characteristics of euroregions as the most effective form of cross-border cooperation are given as well as statistics on involvement of the Ukrainian regions in cross-border relations. |
