| Abstract: | The cause of unconstancies of the dielectric parameters of Sn2P2S6 single crystals have been inves- tigated It was found, that it is the result of the changing of stoichometric correlation in the processes of growth. It is suppose, that the increasing of conductivity and tgd may be caused by the defect of Sn in Sn2P2S6 single crystals. |
