Соціальні й психолого-педагогічні особливості сімейного виховання розумово відсталої дитини

Abstract

The author of the article considers the issues of social, psychological and pedagogical peculiarities of family up–bringing of mentally handicapped children. She states, that up–bringing of mentally handicapped children requires much patience, persistence, understanding and certain resourcefulness. Correct approach, everyday involvement of a child into the task solving with time gives its positive results: child, from the being who requires care, becomes a person, who cares for him/ herself, and sometimes can help even parents.
