| Abstract: | The article deals with one of the topical problem - the problem of civic upbringing of young people. The author analyses psychologic-pedagogical literature concerning civic upbringing. The scientists believe thatto bring up consciouscitizenswe must form the senseof civicism in young people. Civicism - the high moral quality of personality owing to it a person treats with responsibility to own rights and duties. The conscious citizens know that the fate of their country, people and their own well-being depend on their actions. |
