Abstract:	The article is devoted to the features of discourse measuring of the political processes of Ukrainian society. The author uses discourse analysis to demonstrate the structure and elements of presidential discourse V. Yushchenko, its linguistic manipulation tools, symbols, specific concepts of his speeches. Discourse approach to studying the political space investigates the specifics of political processes and phenomena by analysis of their verbal and nonverbal components such as linguistic matrices, political frame, myths, symbols and sign systems, which become a source and an element of political reality in the minds of their own citizens and world community.
