Abstract

Utilization of mineral waters deposits has а dynamical character. It means that today inspite of some deposits, which became exhausted or polluted, are used others. That is why it is necessary to introduce in the territory of the region, which has valuable natural curative and health protective resources, environmental monitoring as а system for control of the whole natural environment-atmosphere, ground, flora, surface and underground waters. While working out the general plan of the development of the region it is necessary to take into account the environmental changes which will arise in process of economic activities and influence of these changes on the state of underground waters with priority for mineral waters.
