| Abstract: | In the work were carried out epidemiological approaches and research methods of the engine-drivers and engine-drivers' assistents during mass preventive medical examinations. It had increased significantly the effectiveness of manifestation of cardiovascular diseases especially tjosе with early stages and allowed to study true distribution of arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease. lt allowed to reveal out healthy persons who had risk factors and to carry оn а dispensary observation and primary preventive measures subsequently. |
