| Abstract: | У роботі вивчено вплив фетальних різнотканинних препаратів на морфофункціональні властивості гепатоцитів при гіпотермічному зберіганні. Виходячи із проведених досліджень слід вважати, що використання біодобавок кріоекстрактів фетальних тканин до сахарозно-солевого середовища є високоефективним засобом, що пролонгує збереження життєздатності
гепацитів в умовах гіпотермічного зберігання. ln the article the effect of fetal different·tissue preparations on а morphofunctional properties of hepatocytes at hypotermal conservation. The use of the bioaddittives of crioextracts of fetal tissues to saccharose-salt medium is an effective means,prolongating the maintainance of the vitality of hepacytes in conditions of hypotemal conservation. |
