| Abstract: | The influence of prostaglandins Е1, Е2 and F2α, paracetamol, diclofenac and dexamethasone on the dynamics of collagenolytic activity changes in the anterior chamber aqueous humor of rabbit eyes with а penetrating injury of sclera, complicated bу endotoxin injection into vitreous was studied. It's postulated, that acute period of а posttraumatic inflammation is characterized bу essential decrease of collagenolysis intensity іn injured eyes. Prostaglandin Е2 causes additional intense inhibition of collagenolytic activity. The influnce of PGE1, PGF2α, paracetamol, diclofenac and dexamethasone in acute period of inflammation is charactereized bу considerable increase (exceeding control values) of collagen lysis intensity оn injured eyes. |
