| Abstract: | The membranotropic influence of the sunflower lecithine and soy's isoflavones were investigated at 48 patients (95 eyes) with а proliferative diabetic retinopathy. The drugs were used during 4 weeks in а dose of 3g per а day. The functional conditions of eyes and some indexes of blood serum (malonic dialdehyde, activity of catalase, total proteolytic activity (ТРА), inhibitor of trypsine) were determined. Both examined drugs had raised а vision acuteness, reduced the ТРА of blood serum and not changed the level of trypsine inhibitors. |
