| Abstract: | The fatty acid composition of lipids and the level of free cholesterin of pulmonary tissue in complicated course of myocardial infarction were detected bу the method of gas chromatographic analysis. It was established that the deficiency of arachidonic acid with excess of other unsaturated fatty acids on the background of decreasing level of free cholesterin appears in pulmonary tissue of the patients while developing cardiogenic shock and ventricular fibrillation. |
