Визначення порога смакової чутливості до хлориду натрію при проведенні популяційних досліджень

Abstract

The gustatory thresholds to sodium chloride were determined in two groups of population. The population of the main group live in such specific geological conditions where they daily take with water and food surplus sodium chloride (20-25 g). The control group takes а normal quantity of sodium chloride ( І О g daily). It is determined that the gustatory threshold to sodium chloride in the main group is considerably lower as in the control group. This may bе one of the reasons that the consumption of sodium chloride in the main group is considerably higher in comparison with the population of the control group.
