Перспективи розвитку доказової медицини в умовах наявності штучного інтелекту й сучасних технологій: роль закладів вищої медичної освіти в Україні

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню перспектив розвитку доказової медицини в умовах наявності штучного інтелекту (ШІ) й сучасних технологій. Автори розглядають роль закладів вищої медичної освіти в Україні в цьому контексті. В статті обговорюється важливість використання сучасних інструментів і методів доказової медицини, в тому числі штучний інтелект, для поліпшення якості медичної діагностики, лікування й зменшення медичних помилок. Зазначається, що сучасна медицина переживає швидкий технологічний розвиток, а це вимагає від медичних фахівців постійного адаптування й оволодіння новими інструментами. Завдяки штучному інтелекту й сучасним технологіям є можливість збільшити ефективність і точність діагностики, прогнозування хвороб, а також оптимізувати плани лікування для кожного пацієнта індивідуально. У статті наголошується, що заклади вищої медичної освіти в Україні відіграють важливу роль у підготовці медичних фахівців, здатних дієво використовувати штучний інтелект і сучасні технології. Для досягнення цього необхідно включати в навчальні програми базові принципи доказової медицини й навички застосування ШІ, а також сприяти дослідницькій роботі й розвитку проектів у сфері доказової медицини. Автори статті також акцентують на важливості співпраці між закладами вищої медичної освіти й науковими установами для впровадження нових технологій і проведення досліджень у сфері доказової медицини. У висновку статті зазначається, що розвиток доказової медицини в умовах наявності штучного інтелекту й сучасних технологій має великий потенціал для поліпшення медичної практики в Україні. Залучення закладів вищої медичної освіти до цього процесу й навчання медичних фахівців, як використовувати ШІ, створить умови для ефективного впровадження нових методів і підвищення якості медичних послуг.

This article is devoted to researching the prospects for the development of evidence-based medicine in the presence of artificial intelligence (AI) and modern technologies. The authors consider the role of higher medical education institutions in Ukraine in this context. The article discusses the importance of using modern tools and methods of evidence-based medicine, including artificial intelligence, to improve the quality of medical diagnosis, treatment and reduce medical errors. It is noted that modern medicine is experiencing rapid technological development, and this requires medical professionals to constantly adapt and master new tools. Thanks to artificial intelligence and modern technologies, it is possible to improve the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis, prognosis of diseases, as well as to optimize treatment plans for each patient individually. The article emphasizes that institutions of higher medical education in Ukraine play an important role in training medical specialists who are able to effectively use artificial intelligence and modern technologies. To achieve this, it is necessary to include training in the basic principles of evidence-based medicine and skills in the use of AI in educational programs, as well as to promote research work and the development of projects in the field of evidence-based medicine. The authors of the article also note the importance of cooperation between institutions of higher medical education and scientific institutions for the introduction of new technologies and research in the field of evidence-based medicine. In the conclusion of the article, it is noted that the development of evidence-based medicine in the presence of artificial intelligence and modern technologies has great potential for improving medical practice in Ukraine. The involvement of higher medical education institutions in this process and the training of medical professionals in the use of AI will create conditions for the effective implementation of new methods and the improvement of the quality of medical services.
