| Abstract: | The digital initiatives of Ukraine and the European Union are analyzed. It is substantiated that the digital transformation, along with opportunities, contains challenges, which necessitates the use of potential benefits and adaptation to threats from digitalization. The use of clusters, in particular maritime clusters, as means of digital transformation of regions is considered. The measures for adaptation to the challenges of digitalization in the regions are proposed. |
