Особливості соціалізації та інтеграції молоді з інвалідністю на прикладі польської інтеграційної програми "REHABILITACJA 25 PLUS"

Abstract

Стаття присвячена теоретичним і практичним основам розв’язання проблеми соціальної реабілітації та інтеграції молоді з інвалідністю у суспільне і освітнє середовище на прикладі польської інтеграційної програми «Rehabilitacja 25 plus». Методи дослідження: теоретичні – аналіз, узагальнення, систематизація психолого-педагогічної літератури з метою визначення теоретико-методологічних засад і основних підходів до розв’язання зазначеної проблеми, з’ясування змісту базових понять, дослідження та порівняння системи реалізації соціалізації та інтеграції молоді з інвалідністю в Україні та закордоном. Проведений аналіз діяльності організацій, які здійснюють психолого-педагогічний супровід в м.Кропивницький, засвідчив, що їх робота спрямована на надання педагогічних, психологічних, матеріальних, соціально-педагогічних, інформаційних послуг дітям та молоді з функціональними обмеженнями, а також членах їх сімей, але жодна з цих установ не забезпечує реалізацію соціалізації та інтеграції молоді з інвалідністю для залучення їх до повноцінного суспільного життя поза межами таких закладів та надання можливостей для саморозвитку й са мореалізації. З метою вирішення проблеми соціалізації та інтеграції молоді із інвалідністю в Україні в статті пропонується досвід польської пілотної програми «Rehabilitacja 25 plus», яка спрямована на забезпечення неформальної та громадянської освіти, змістовне проведення дозвілля, надання можливості для саморозвитку та самореалізації

The urgency of the researched problem is determined by the need for successful socialization and integration of youth with disabilities into society and the development of effective ways and mechanisms for their implementation. Having analyzed the activities of main organizations providing psychological and pedagogical support in Kropyvnytskyi, it was concluded that their work is aimed at providing pedagogical, psychological, material, socio-pedagogical, informational services to children and youth with functional limitations, as well as to their members families, but none of these institutions ensure the implementation of socialization and integration of youth with disabilities to involve them in full-fl edged social life outside such institutions and provide opportunities for self-development and self-realization. The considers the experience of Polish pilot program "Rehabilitacja 25 plus", which is aimed at providing non-formal and civic education, meaningful leisure time, providing opportunities for self-development and self-realization. Psychotherapists within the framework of the program "Rehabilatacja 25 plus", in order to facilitate the conditions of the course of classes with psychologists and social pedagogues within the framework of the program "Rehabilatacja 25 plus" contribute to the improvement of routine skills and communication and speech abilities of young people with disabilities, their social and everyday life and socio psychological adaptation, distracting disabled people from a pessimistic assessment of their future and changing the young person's focus on everyday interests and a positive perspective. Classes with psychologists and social educators within the framework of the "Rehabilitacja 25 plus" program contribute to the improvement of routine skills and communication and speech abilities of young people with disabilities, their social and everyday life and socio psychological adaptation, distracting disabled people from a pessimistic assessment of their future and changing the young person's focus on everyday interests and a positive outlook.
