Євроінтеграційні аспекти вищої освіти України в контексті сучасних викликів і трендів

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано євроінтеграційні складові вищої освіти України в контексті сучасних викликів і трендів. З’ясовано, що досягнуто істотного прогресу в адаптації національної системи вищої освіти до загальноєвропейських критеріїв. У контексті зазначеного зроблено висновки, що важливою стратегічною ціллю вищої школи України є реалізація завдань дослідницько-інноваційного ха рактеру в контексті Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та Європейським Сою зом, законів України «Про освіту» та «Про вищу освіту», Стратегічного плану розвитку освіти на період 2022-2032 рр. та ін. На прикладах інтернаціоналізації освіти і науки в Ужгородському націо нальному університеті розкрито потенційні можливості для успішного інте грування до єдиного простору вищої освіти. Спираючись на аналіз стану реалізації Концепції інноваційного розвитку УжНУ на 2015-2025 рр., зроблено спробу виробити концептуальні підходи до формування Стратегічного плану на 2023-2032 рр., базових пріоритетів розвитку. Акцентовано, що Стратегічний план розвитку УжНУ формується в процесі реалізації наукового проєкту «Транскарпатський центр Жана Моне з дослідження європейських стратегій розвитку». Сформульовано завдання щодо використання існуючих резервів на шляху до ЄПВО, а також форм і методів роботи для подолання існуючих викликів і загроз у розвитку вищої освіти в умовах агресії Росії та війни з Україною.

The article analyzes the European integration components of higher education in Ukraine in the context of modern challenges and trends. It was found that significant progress has been made in adapting the national system of higher education to European criteria. In the context mentioned, it has been concluded that the implementation of research and innovative tasks within the framework of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, the laws of Ukraine ‘On Education’ and ‘On Higher Education’, the Strategic Development of Education for the period of 2022-2032 etc., is an important strategic goal of higher education in Ukraine. Using examples of internationalization of education and science at Uzhhorod National University, potential opportunities for successful integration into the unified higher education space have been revealed. Based on the analysis of the implementation of the Concept of Innovative Development for UzhNU at 2015-2025, an attempt has been made to develop conceptual approaches to the formation of a strategic plan for 2023-2033 and the identification of key development priorities. It is emphasized that the Strategic Development Plan of UzhNU is being formed in the process of implementing the research project ‘Jean Monnet Transcarpathian Center for Studying European Development Strategies’. Tasks have been formulated regarding the utilization of existing reserves on the path to the EHEA, as well as the forms and methods of work to overcome existing challenges and threats in the development of higher education in the conditions of Russia’s aggression and the war with Ukraine.
