Досвід реалізації принципів спільної аграрної політики ЄС і розвиток аграрної сфери України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні принципи діяльності спільної аграрної політики ЄС та охарактеризовано етапи її становлення. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз розвитку аграрної сфери ЄС та України. Наведені основні проблеми, що заважають ефективному функціонуванню аграрної галузі в Україні. Зазначено основні шляхи розв’язання проблем беручи до уваги великий досвід їх вирішення в ЄС. Наголошено на еобхідності збільшення державної підтримки та бюджетного фінансування аграрної сфери країни.

The main principles of the European Union common agricultural policy activities are considered and the stages of its formation are characterized in the present article. The comparative analysis of the EU and Ukraine’s agricultural spheres development has been carried out. Main problems were given, which hamper the effective functioning of the agricultural branch in Ukraine. Main ways of their solving were pointed out considering huge experience of such solutions in the EU. The necessity of increasing the state support and budget financing of the country’s agricultural sphere was stressed.
