Сенсорна модальність онімних мемів

Abstract

У статті розглядаються онімні меми як один із чинників відображення онімного ландшафту у глобальній мережі Інтернет. Запропонована концепція сенсорних модальностей онімних мемів пандемічної тематичної спрямованості, яка відтворює шляхи розуміння людиною свого життєвого досвіду. Метою нашої розвідки є встановити розподіл мемів на певні групи та проаналізувати різні аспекти актуалізації сенсорних модальностей в онімних мемах. Мем ми розуміємо як сукупність цифрових об’єктів зі спільними рисами у змісті, які зазвичай розповсюджуються, імітуються, реміксуються або трансформуються в Інтернеті за допомогою численних користувачів. Мем – це фрагмент інформації, який поширюється через суспільні канали і відзначається своєю лаконічністю і швидким розповсюдженням. Зазвичай меми створюються з усвідомленням та розумінням інших мемів, що наділяє їх рисами інтертекстуальності. Об’єктом роботи є онімни меми часів короновірусної пандемії, предметом – реалізація різних сенсорних модальностей в цих мемах. Для проведення дослідження було використано меми, пов’язані з темою COVID-19, різними мовами, що містять оніми. Оскільки кількість мемів та їх різновидів є занадто великою, наша увага була зосереджена на висвітленні меметичних трендів. Методами дослідження є комбінація описового методу, аналізу та систематизації онімних мемів. Матеріалом дослідження стали меми ковідної тематичної спрямованості у різних мовах. У ході роботи меми уніфіковано за такими групами: візуальні, аудіальні, кінестетичні, одоративні, густаторні та полімодальні. Візуальні меми є досить поширеними, вони відзначаються статичним візуальним зображенням. Аудіальні меми базуються на активізації аудіального каналу сприйняття інформації або імітації його за допомогою мовленнєвих прийомів і предикатів. Кінестетичні меми містять зображення рухів, фрагменти з фільмів, кліпи, а отже, це динамічні зображення, що містять рух персонажів або зображених об’єктів, а також можуть містити мовленнєві конструкції, пов’язані з рухом. Одоративні меми пов’язані з відсутністю запаху при захворюванні на COVID-19, густаторні – базуються на відображенні відсутності смакового відчуття. Полімодальні меми поєднують сенсорні модальності, згадані вище у різних комбінаціях. Встановлено, що сенсорна модальність онімних мемів пандемійної тематичної групи є переважно візуальною, друге місце займають одоративні й густаторні меми, і останню позицію посідають аудіальні й полімодальні меми.

The article considers onymic memes as one of the factors for determining onymic landscape in the World Wide Web. The concept of sensory modalities of the onynic memes of pandemically thematic orientation is proposed, which reproduces the ways of comprehending a person’s understanding of his life experience in thoughts and mentalities. We understand a meme as a set of digital objects with common characteristics in the content, which are usually distributed, imitated, remixed or transformed on the Internet with the help of numerous users. A meme is a piece of information that spreads through social channels and is characterized by its brevity and rapid spread. As a rule, memes are created with the awareness and understanding of other memes. Thus, memes acquire the features of intertextuality. The purpose of our work is to establish the division of memes into certain groups and to analyze different aspects of actualization of sensory modalities in the onymic memes. The object of the paper is the onymic memes at the times of the coronavirus pandemic, the subject is the realization of various sensory modalities in these memes. Since the number of memes and their varieties is too large, the focus of ourinvestigation is memetic trends. The methodology of our article includes the descriptive method and the method of analysis and systematization of onymic memes. The material of the study is the memes of the covid-thematically related data represented in different languages. The memes are unified into the following groups: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory, gustatory and polymodal. Visual memes are quite common, and they are characterized by a static visual image. Auditory memes are based on activating the audio channel of information perception or imitating it using speech techniques and predicates. Kinesthetic memes contain images of movements, fragments from films, and clips, and therefore are dynamic images that include the movement of characters or depicted objects, and may also contain speech constructions related to movement. Olfactory memes are related to the lack of smell in the case of a disease with COVID-19, gustatory are based on the reflection of the absence of a sense of taste. Polymodal memes combine the sensory modalities mentioned above in various combinations. It is established that the sensory modality of the onymic memes of the pandemic thematically related group is mainly visual, the second place is occupied by the olfactory and gustatory memes, and the last position is occupied by auditory and polymodal memes.
