| Abstract: | У статті на основі проведеного теоретико-методоло- гічного аналізу проблеми дослідження розглянуто системний підхід як основу організації процесу формування креативнос- ті майбутніх соціальних педагогів у вищому навчальному закладі; проаналізовано різноманітні підходи використання теорії системного підходу в педагогічної діяльності; оха- рактеризовано процес формування креативності майбутніх соціальних педагогів як педагогічну систему яка передбачає основні етапи. | Description: | Systems approach to understanding the essence of creativity in the educational process will go beyond the generally accepted mechanisms of creative personality in general, besides provide an opportunity to explore not only ties and elements of the system, but also to address the problem in its interaction with the creative environment of higher education. In the article on the basis of theoretical analysis of the problem metodolhichnoho study examined systematic approach as the basis of the formation of future social creativity of teachers in higher education; the problem of formation creativity as a process of creative development of the individual in need of new, relevant, modern innovative pedagogical influences; analyzes different approaches of the theory of systems approach in educational activities; described the formation creativity of future social workers as a pedagogical system which provides the basic steps. Scientific-theoretical analysis of the formation of individual creativity and creative development creative specialist from a systems perspective, testified that in modern teaching science most developed component of this problem is a systematic approach, ordering the contents, methods and forms of formation of creative personality, which in turn provides the ability to search for creative, non-standard solution of educational problems in the profession, so consider this aspect of our work, we believe it is necessary.
