Управління фінансовими ресурсами як ключовий чинник формування конкурентоспроможності підприємства

Abstract

У статті визначено важливість управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства як ключового чинника формування його конкурентоспроможності. Результативність діяльності підприємства, оптимізація його фінансового механізму та забезпечення конкурентних переваг господарюючого суб’єкта передбачають ефективне управління всіма видами його фінансових ресурсів. Наголошено на тому, що ефективність управління фінансовими ресурсами визначається низкою чинників, зокрема наявністю дієвого механізму управління. Механізм управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства розкривається через предмет, об’єкт, суб’єкти, групи основних цілей, принципів, методів. Відзначено, що наявність у підприємства ефективної стратегії, що враховує фінансову глобалізацію та альтернативні прогнози зовнішнього й внутрішнього середовища, забезпечує раціональне використання фінансових ресурсів та формування конкурентоспроможності господарюючого суб’єкта.

The article identifies the importance of financial resources management of an enterprise as a key factor in shaping its competitiveness. Financial resources of the enterprise ensure the functioning of the economy at the micro-level, the effective activity of the enterprise, its proper development and social component of the enterprise. At the expense of financial resources, the costs of production and sale of goods, works, services, as well as other expenses related to the activity of the enterprise are performed. The main purpose of the formation of financial resources of the enterprise is determined, which is to meet its financial needs fully, which ensure the pace of its sustainable growth in the future. Financial resources management is an integral part of treasury management and is considered as one of the functions of financial management. Financial resources management is a complex and multifaceted process. Effectiveness of the enterprise, optimization of its financial mechanism and ensuring the competitive advantages of the business entity imply effective management of all types of its financial resources. It is noted that the financial condition of the enterprise, its solvency, liquidity, business activity, competitiveness are in direct proportion to the sufficient amount of financial resources. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of financial resources management is determined by a number of factors, including the existence of an effective management mechanism. The mechanism of financial resources management of the enterprise is revealed through the scope, object, subjects, and groups of basic goals, principles, and methods. It is noted that the existence of an effective strategy, taking into account financial globalization and alternative forecasts of the external and internal environment, ensures the rational use of financial resources and the formation of competitiveness of the business entity. The essence of an effective financial resources management strategy is to increase the owner’s capital and optimally meet his/her needs regarding the enterprise’s activities.
