Abstract:	The article deals the experience of the Czech Republic in reforming the judicial system. The author reveals the positive and negative tendencies of this transformation and the possibilities of using the Czech experience for Ukraine. A study was made possible through the use of scientific methods of knowledge: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization, concrete, historical and dialectical method. In the preferred scientific heritage historical research methods: historical and genetic, historical, comparative, historical and synthetic, historical and diachronic, empirical analysis and more.
Description:	Реформуючи юридичну систему України необхідно врахувати правовий досвід Чехії та інших Центральноєвропейських країн, які є сьогодні членами ЄС. Головними і нагальними питаннями є ліквідація корупції у сфері національної юрисдикції, правильного формування кадрового забезпечення, а також створення справедливої та дієвої судової системи.
