Мотиваційні аспекти науково-дослідницької діяльності студентів закладів вищої освіти

Abstract

Професійна підготовка студентів закладів вищої освіти передбачає різні види діяльності, основною з яких є навчальна. Крім цього важливою є науково-дослідницька робота, яка зумовлює необхідність розвитку відповідної мотивації. Метою статті є дослідження мотиваційних аспектів науково-дослідницької діяльності студентів закладів вищої освіти. Методи дослідження: аналіз і синтез психолого-педагогічної літератури – застосовувався для з’ясування сутності та структури поняття мотивації та особливостей формування мотивації студентів до науково-дослідницької діяльності; узагальнення – для формулювання авторських висновків. Встановлено, що провідну роль у розвитку особистості та її ефективної діяльності відіграють мотиви, пов’язані з самою працею (професійні інтереси, задоволення від процесу і результату роботи, від долання труднощів, виникнення і підкріплення позитивної самооцінки). Виокремлено типи мотивації – позитивну та негативну. Здійснено класифікацію мотивів професійно спрямованої науководослідницької діяльності студентів (внутрішні і зовнішні). Визначено умови, які позитивно впливають на розвиток мотивації у студентів до науково-дослідницької діяльності: оволодіння ними теоретичними знаннями у сфері наукових досліджень і дослідницькими вміннями, усвідомлення їхньої ролі в процесі професійної діяльності; забезпечення високого ступеня самостійності студентів; продуктивна взаємодія між студентами і викладачами та високий рівень науково-дослідницької компетентності педагогів, які беруть участь у процесі науково-дослідницької підготовки студентів.

Professional training of students of higher education institutions involves various activities, the main of which is educational. In addition, of the signifi cant importence is scientifi c research work, which necessitates the development of appropriate motivation. The aim of the article is to study the motivational aspects of scientifi c research activity of students of higher education institutions. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of psychological and pedagogical literature − used to clarify the nature and structure of the concept of motivation and the peculiarities of the formation of students' motivation for scientifi c research work; generalizations - to formulate the author's conclusions. It is established that the motive is what determines a person's desire for a specifi c, not for any other goal. Motives determine the motivating reasons that determine the purposeful human activity. The leading role in the development of personality and its eff ective activity is played by motives related to the work itself (professional interests, satisfaction with the process and result of work, overcoming diffi culties, the emergence and reinforcement of positive self-esteem). There are types of motivation − positive and negative. The classifi cation of motives of professionally oriented scientifi c research activity of students (internal and external) is carried out. Among the external motives there are: social (professional development; responsibility for the work; the importance of scientifi c research work in professional activities; the desire to benefi t from their work) and personal (material well-being; career growth; respect for colleagues). Internal motives include: cognitive interests (interest in the studied objects and phenomena; interest in the problem-solving process and scientifi c research activities), as well as aspirations (aspirations to overcome diffi culties; aspirations to intellectual development, focus on successful scientifi c work). The conditions that have a positive eff ect on the development of students' motivation for scientifi c research activity are determined: their mastery of theoretical knowledge in the fi eld of scientifi c and research skills, awareness of their role in the process of professional activity; ensuring a high degree of student independence; productive interaction between students and teachers and a high level of scientifi c research competence of teachers who participate in the process of scientifi c research training of students.
