Термальні мінеральні води як одна з домінант туристично-рекреаційних ресурсів Закарпаття

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано один з туристично-рекреаційних ресурсів Закарпаття – термальні мінеральні води та акцентовано увагу на його унікальності, що вигідно вирізняє регіон з поміж інших областей України та є потенціалом для створення унікальної зони велнес та спа туризму в країні. На підставі статистичного аналізу показників світової індустрії термальних вод визначено та охарактеризовано її сучасні тенденції розвитку на світовому ринку економіки здоров’я. Розкрито існуючий стан використання термальних мінеральних вод в Закарпатській області у сфері оздоровчого та рекреаційного туризму, а також досліджено оздоровчо-лікувальні комплекси регіону, що базуються на використанні термальної води. Визначено основні особливості термальних мінеральних вод Закарпаття: унікальний стійкий хімічний склад, рівень мінералізації, pH, температуру виходу на поверхню та глибину свердловини. Встановлено істотний потенціал та перспективи розвитку велнес та спа туризму в Закарпатті на основі використання термальних мінеральних вод, що сприятиме вигідному позиціюванню регіону на ринку туристичних та оздоровчих послуг України.

The purpose of the article is to investigate the current state and prospects of using the potential of the recreational and touristic resource of the Transcarpathian Artesian Basin – thermal mineral waters for the development of wellness and spa tourism in Transcarpathia. The study of the experience and unique potential of Transcarpathia in the use of thermal waters as a resource for improving health is actualized in many aspects: medical, recreational, touristic, socio-economic, etc. Global trends in the health economy market indicate the potential of the thermal waters of Transcarpathia, which in turn makes it possible to predict the prospects for the development of wellness and spa tourism in the region. The research is based on general scientific research methods – analysis and synthesis, generalization, explanation. In addition, the following scientific methods were used: comparative, descriptive, statistical analysis – to formulate the main trends of the development of the global and Transcarpathia thermal water industry, forecasting – to establish the potential and prospects of using thermal waters for the development of wellness and spa tourism in Transcarpathia. The article analyzes one of the tourist and recreational resources of Transcarpathia – thermal waters and focuses on its uniqueness, which favorably distinguishes the region from other regions in Ukraine and is a potential for creating a unique zone of wellness and spa tourism in the country. Based on a statistical analysis of indicators of the global thermal water industry, current development trends in the global health economics market have been identified and characterized. The existing state of use of thermal mineral waters in the Transcarpathian region in the field of health and recreational tourism is revealed, and health and healing complexes of the region based on the use of thermal water are also investigated. The main features of the thermal mineral waters of Transcarpathia have been determined: a unique stable chemical composition, the level of mineralization, pH, surface temperature and well depth. Significant potential and prospects for the development of wellness and spa tourism in Transcarpathia based on the use of thermal mineral waters have been established. It will contribute to the profitable positioning of the region in the market of tourism and health services in Ukraine.
