| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню змісту поняття публічної фізичної особи в міжнародному законодавстві й вітчизняних нормативно-правових актах. Проведено порівняльний аналіз таких термінів, як «офіційна особа», «посадова особа», «публічний діяч», «службова особа» тощо. Також проаналізовано наявні доктринальні погляди на сутність цього поняття. The article investigates the content of the notion of public physical person in the international legislation and domestic laws and regulations. Such terms as “public officer”, “official”, “public figure”, and others are compared. The existing doctrinal views on the essence of this notion are analyzed. |
