| Abstract: | The dissertation is a comprehensive study devoted to the issues of criminal liability for human trafficking, focused on improving the institution of criminal liability for the commission of the specified crime, provided for in Art. 149 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Taking into account the intensive transformation of the socio-legal reality and the tasks for our country, caused by the influence of martial law, globalization, and digitalization processes, as a result of the conducted scientific analysis, the need to modernize the current legislative approaches to the criminallegal regulation of liability for human trafficking to harmonize them with the international legal obligations assumed by Ukraine. |
