Імітування обстановки злочину: поняття, зміст, місце у системі негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню імітування обстановки злочину як однієї із форм контролю за вчиненням злочину. На основі аналізу наукових праць та положень чинного кримінального процесуального законодавства визначено поняття та ознаки імітування обстановки злочину, його місце у системі негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій.

The article is devoted to the research of the imitation of the circumstances of the crime as one of the forms of crime commission control. There was determined the concept and features of the imitation of the circumstances of the crime, its place in the system of secret investigative (detective) acts on the basis of an analysis of scientific works and valid criminal processual legislation regulations.
