Емоційний інтелект як компонент формули розвитку творчого потенціалу вчителів

Abstract

Проблематика статті стосується актуального питання емоційного інтелекту у структурі творчого потенціалу. Мета статті: розкрити структуру творчого потенціалу, сутність поняття і складових, функцій емоційного інтелекту на основі вивчення й аналізу психолого-педагогічної літератури й узагальнення наукових підходів щодо управління розвитком творчого потенціалу вчителів. Методи дослідження: теоретичні (класифікація, узагальнення, порівняльний аналіз, аналіз літератури), емпіричні (спостереження, моделювання). Обґрунтовано основні теоретичні підходи до визначення творчого потенціалу, емоційного інтелекту, конкуренції. Досліджено характеристики творчого потенціалу, компонентом якого є емоційний інтелект. Емоційний інтелект розглянуто як компетентність, що скерована на тлумачення емоцій особистісних й інших людей. Розглядається кваліметричний підхід до вивчення рівня розвитку творчого потенціалу вчителів. Доведено важливість розроблення менеджерами закладів загальної середньої освіти кваліметричної моделі й інструментарію діагностування цього рівня щодо динаміки трансформації особистості.

The article considers the issue of emotional intelligence in the structure of creative potential. The article`s aim is to reveal the structure of creative potential, the essence of this concept and its components, the functions of emotional intelligence on the basis of studying and analysing psychological and pedagogical literature, and generalising scientific approaches to managing the development of teachers' creative potential. Methods applied: theoretical (classification, generalisation, comparative analysis, literature analysis) and empirical (observation, modelling). The main theoretical approaches to the definition of creative potential, emotional intelligence, and competition are substantiated. The views of foreign and domestic scholars on these concepts are presented. The characteristics of creative potential, a component of which is emotional intelligence, are studied. Attention is focused on the allocation of this concept as a separate construct. Emotional intelligence is considered as a competence aimed at interpreting the emotions of personal and other people. The article considers a qualimetric approach to studying the level of development of teachers' creative potential. The importance of developing a qualimetric model and tools for diagnosing this level concerning the dynamics of personality transformation by managers of general secondary education institutions is proved. The qualimetric approach allows the manager to make informed decisions and direct them as a mechanism for investing in the development of the technical service. Reference to the latest educational standards, research into the structure of emotional intelligence, and systematic determination of the dynamics of personality transformation through constant diagnostics are prerequisites for revealing teachers' creative potential and successful implementing of emotional intelligence.
