Психолого-педагогічні особливості застосування ІКТ у підготовці фахівців з телекомунікацій

Abstract

Процес інформатизації освіти актуалізує розробку підходів до використання потенціалу ІКТ для розвитку особистості студентів, підвищення рівня креативності їх мислення, формування умінь розробляти стратегію пошуку рішення як навчальних, так і практичних завдань. Мета статті: теоретично обгрунтувати психолого-педагогічні особливості застосування ІКТ у підготовці фахівців з телекомунікацій. Використано методи дослідження: бібліографічний аналіз – з метою виявлення наукової педагогічної та психологічної літератури з проблем застосування ІКТ в освітній діяльності; порівняння існуючих підходів до використання ІКТ у вищій освіті для виявлення психологічних особливостей особистості та можливостей використання інноваційних освітніх методик і досвіду найкращих практик та інші. В статті обгрунтовано педагогічні умови застосування ІКТ у підготовці фахівців з телекомунікацій. Виокремлено психолого-педагогічні особливості застосування ІКТ у підготовці фахівців з телекомунікацій: врахування в системі організації навчання освітніх потреб, інтересів, ставлення особистості майбутнього фахівця телекомунікаційної сфери та когнітивного стилю здобувачів освіти, тобто індивідуальних особливостей мислення, які визначають, як людина сприймає, обробляє та використовує інформацію. Зроблено висновок, що з допомогою ІКТ вирішуються такі дидактичні завдання, як удосконалення організації викладання, підвищення продуктивності самопідготовки здобувачів освіти; прискорення доступу до досягнень педагогічної практики; посилення мотивації здобувачів освіти до навчання; можливість залучення їх до дослідницької діяльності; забезпечення гнучкості процесу навчання.

The process of informatization of education actualizes the development of approaches to using the potential of ICT for the development of students' personality, increasing the level of creativity of their thinking, and forming the skills to develop a strategy for finding solutions to both educational and practical tasks. The purpose of the article: to theoretically substantiate the psychological and pedagogical features of the use of ICT in the training of telecommunications specialists. The following scientific research methods were applied: bibliographic analysis: comparison of existing approaches to the use of ICT in higher education; synthesis of analysis results; generalization method. The pedagogical conditions for the use of ICTs in the training of telecommunications technology specialists are highlighted: taking into account the educational needs, interests, attitudes of the personality of the future telecommunications specialist and the peculiarities of the cognitive style of students, that is, individual characteristics of thinking that are crucial for a person in the perception, processing and use of information. It is emphasized that the main task of organizing training, taking into account the cognitive style of students, is to change the profile and take into account the level of stylistic manifestations of students. In solving it, the teacher should not only create a comfortable learning situation but also develop opportunities, expand the range of ways of learning information, and improve their adaptation in the world around them, not just in the learning situation. It was concluded that ICTs provide wide access to educational, methodological, and scientific information, the organization of operational consulting assistance, modeling of scientific and research activities, and conducting virtual training sessions (seminars, lectures) in real time.
