| Abstract: | Досліджено фенолоксидазну активність бактерій родів Pseudomonas
та Klebsiella. Встановлено здатність бактерій родів Pseudomonas та Klebsiella здійснювати деструкцію фенолу в
широкому діапазоні концентрацій. Швидкість біодеструкції залежить від виду бактерій та концентрації фенолу.
Найвишу здатність щодо детоксикації фенолу у концентраціях 20–500 мг/л проявили псевдомонади P. fluorescens
8607, P. аeruginosa 7, серед клебсіел – сапрофітні культури Kl. terrigena 8008 та Kl. planticola 33531.
Ключові слова: фенолоксидаза, біодеструкція, фенол, P. fluorescens, P. аeruginosa, Kl. terrigena, Kl. planticola. Researches phenoloxydase activity by bacteria of Pseudomonas and Klebsiella genes. Ability of bacteria Pseudomonas and Klebsiella genes to degradation of phenol in wide range of concentrations is shown. The highest ability to degradation of phenol in concentrations of 20–500 mg/l showed P. fluorescens 8607 and P. аeruginosa 7, Kl. terrigena 8008 and Kl. planticola 33531.
