| Abstract: | The article made an attempt to examine the phenomenon of public memory in its relationship with the political life of society. Claimed that democratic political reforms essentially accompanied by rehabilitation of the latent layers of memory. However, states that the development of democracy is not possible without a mature political culture of interpretation and evaluation of joint last. |
