Формування психотерапевтичної позиції майбутнього вчителя як основи реалізації валеологічних технологій педагогічної взаємодії

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сутність психотерапевтичної позиції вчителя в контексті завдань педагогіки здоров’я, виявлено можливості та описано досвід її формування у майбутніх учителів у процесі вивчення психолого-педагогічних дисциплін. Представлено роль, місце і змістове наповнення курсів «Вступ до педагогічної професії», «Педагогіка», «Психологія», «Професійне здоров’я педагога» і спеціально розробленого психолого-педагогічного тренінгу в аспекті формування психотерапев тичної позиції майбутніх учителів.

In the article the essence of teacher psychotherapeutic position in the context of health pedagogy tasks has been analyzed. The opportunities There have been revealed and the experience has been described of its developing in the process of studying psychological and pedagogical disciplines. The results of empirical research on revealing causes of pupils’ emotional ill-being at contemporary school have been provided. The role, position and content of the courses “Introduction to Teaching Profession“, „Pedagogy“, „Psychology“, „Teacher Professional Heath“ have been presented in terms of developing the psychotherapeutic position of future teacher. The experience of implementing psychological and pedagogical training has been charcterised as a complex means of harmonizing future specialist personality. Means are based on active social and psychological learning and directed towards students’ personal growth. The content aspects and some methods of suggested psychological and pedagogical training have been characterised which contribute to overcoming and eliminating of the neurotic components of inner world, increasing authenticity, coordinating the integral abilities of future teacher personality. The perspectives of following scientifi c researches have been considered on developing future teachers’ ability to create safe and psychological learning environment at school.
