Формування комунікативної компетентності у мешканців соціального гуртожитку для дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано основне призначення діяльності соціального гуртожитку для дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування. Розглянуто процес формування комунікативної компетентності вихованців; подано її компоненти та складові. Окреслено основні аспекти, що впливають на специфіку формування комунікативної компетентності: соціально-психологічні особливості вихованців; їх різновіковий склад; характер взаємостосунків та постійна зміна контингенту мікро- середовища мешканців соціального гуртожитку. Ключові слова: соціальний гуртожиток, компетентність, комунікація, комунікативна компетентність.

The author of the article has analyzed the main purpose of a social hostel for orphans and children deprived of parental care, i.e. to provide temporary housing for the residents. In addition, the main purpose of the institution – social adaptation residents and formation of communicative competence of pupils has been defi ned. The author has examined the process of communicative competence of pupils: cognitive-regulatory, emotional, motivational, action-practical. The components of communicative competence are the following: knowledge of the rules of communication, decision rules of communication, compliance communication are considered there. The article contains the main aspects that infl uence the specifi city of communicative competence. The fi rst aspect is the incorporation of social and psychological characteristics of inmates of social coexistence. The second aspect is the incorporation of different age composition of pupils’ institution. The third aspect – is taking into account the nature of relationships inhabitants’ institutions. The fourth aspect – is a permanent change in contingent consideration micro residents of social coexistence. Key words: social hostel, competence, communication, communicative competence.
