Історична ретроспектива мобільності студентів та викладачів у вищій освіті Угорщини

Abstract

У статті розглядаються питання історії мобільності студентів та науково-педагогічних працівників на основі даних по університету м. Будапешт та визначено фактори, що сприяли або перешкоджали розвитку академічної мобільності, зокрема, наявність в університетах аналогічної організаційної та управлінської структури; повсюдне визнання дипломів, що практикувалося європейськими університетами; латинська, а також німецька мови викладання; зараховування студентам періодів навчання в інших університетах. The mobility of students and teachers has emerged as a phenomenon with the emergence and development of European universities and throughout their history. In modern Europe the mobility of students and teachers is gaining significance, being one of the priorities of higher education at national and European levels. Promoting mobility is defined in the Bologna Declaration as one of the principal aims of importance in building a unified European area of higher education. Our study highlights the history of the mobility of students and teaching staff based on the Budapest University and the factors facilitated or impeded the development of academic mobility.
