Abstract

The paper defined the nature and justified directions for improvement of organizational management mechanism of state officials in education according to the Concept of reforming the system of state officials, local government officials and local councilors. The main content of the study is the analysis of the functional structure of the system of training of civil servants in education, reflecting the current distribution of control functions between management education authorities and their individual departments, with a specific relationship officer in accordance with management tasks and their required functionality ' bonds.
