Неформальна освіта як чинник розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності вихователів дошкільного навчального закладу

Abstract

Стаття розглядає можливості неформальної освіти у розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності вихователів дошкільних навчальних закладів. Розглянуто трактування терміну «неформальна освіта» науковою спільнотою, наведено характеристики неформальної освіти, перелічено її інституції. Визначено змістовне наповнення різних форм неформальної освіти у напрямку розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності. Ключові слова: інформаційно-комунікаційна компетентність, неформальна освіта, вихователь дошкільного навчального закладу, інформаційно-комунікаційні технології.

The article considers the possibility of non-formal education in the development of information and communication competence of teachers in preschool educational facilities. We reviewed the interpretation of the term "non-formal education" by scientific community, gave the characteristics of non-formal education, listed its institutions. We have provided a list and partial content of national and international (EU) laws and documents that are defining and governing the non-formal education. We have listed the substance of various forms of non-formal education towards the development of information and communication competence. Brought up the ideal forms of formal and nonformal education developed by Tim Simkins.
