| Abstract: | У статті висвітлено сучасний стан гастрономічного туризму в Закарпатті та окреслено шляхи його подальшого розвитку, охарактеризовано особливості національних кухонь області, наведено перелік основних гастрономічних турів і фестивалів, що урізноманітнюють цей різновид туризму краю. Звернено увагу на деякі об’єкти гастрономічного туризму, які є популярними в області, але не включені в програми турів, фестивалів, свят. Підкреслено, що з метою урізноманітнення змісту гастрономічних турів потрібно збагачувати їх атракціями, анімаційними послугами, що значно пожвавить тури, залучить нових бажаючих. Рекомендовано розширити географію гастрономічних маршрутів за рахунок гірських районів краю, а також ширше взаємодіяти з сусідніми областями, реалізуючи спільні проекти. |
| Description: | The article highlights the current state of gastronomic tourism in Transcarpathia and outlines the ways of its further development, describes the features of national cuisines of the region, lists the main gastronomic tours and festivals that diversify this kind of tourism of the region. Pay attention to some objects of gastronomic tourism, which are popular in the region, but not included in the programs of tours, festivals, holidays. It was emphasized that in order to diversify the content of gastronomic tours, it is necessary to enrich their attraction, animation services, which will significantly revive tours, attract new entrants. It is recommended to expand the geography of gastronomic routes at the expense of mountainous regions of the region, as well as to interact more widely with neighboring regions, implementing joint projects. |
