| Abstract: | Reaction of electrophilic heterocyclization of 5-allyl-6-thio-pirazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-4-one under action of p-metoxyphenyltellurium trichloride. This reaction is carried out in glacial acetic acid at room temperature with equimolar amounts of reagents. The structure of synthesized telluriumcontainig heterocycle is proved by complex of spectral research (NMR spectroscopy, massspectrometry). An initial investigation of antimicrobial activity revealed bactericidal and bacteriostatic activity of tellurium-containing heterocycle. |
