Some features of professional training of future professionals of the hospitality industry in european countries

Abstract

The article examines the experience of professional training of hospitality specialists in higher education in European countries. It is established that educational training programs for the hospitality industry are constantly changing and adapting to modern conditions, ensuring their relevance. For the implementation in domestic educational practice such aspects are valuable as: availability of a wide range of educational programs, integration of theoretical and practical training, annual internship on the basis of leading hotels (including foreign ones), training on the principle of "sandwich courses", modular organization educational process, academic mobility, development of personal qualities of future professionals necessary for the successful implementation of professional functions

У статті досліджується досвід професійної підготовки фахівців сфери гостинності у вищій школі європейських країн. Встановлено, що освітні програми підготовки кадрів для сфери гостинності постійно змінюються і адаптуються до сучасних умов, що забезпечує їхню актуальність. Визначено, що для впровадження у вітчизняній освітній практиці цінними є такі аспекти, як: наявність широкого спектру освітніх програм, інтеграція теоретичного і практичного навчання, щорічне стажування на базі провідних готелів (в тому числі, зарубіжних), навчання за принципом «сендвіч-курсів», модульна організація освітнього процесу, академічна мобільність, розвиток особистісних якостей майбутніх фахівців, необхідних для успішної реалізації професійних функцій.
